Coordination meeting on migration management in Serbia with an emphasis on the conditions in the asylum and reception centers, as well as on the preparations for the upcoming winter period was held in Plandiste.

Commissioner for Refugees and Migration Vladimir Cucic, Head of the International Organization for Migration Lidija Markovic, representative of the EU Delegation to Serbia Brigitte Kuchar, representative of UNHCR Andrey Kazakov, as well as representatives of UNDP, SDC, UNICEF, UNFPA, OXFAM, the Slovak Embassy and many others attended the meeting and gave their inputs to the topics pertaining to the overall migration management.

During the three-day gathering, the situation in the centers managed by the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration was analyzed, the results of the activities and projects implemented so far have been presented, as well as the plans for the upcoming period.

The Coordination Meeting was held within the framework of the European Union Support to the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration.
