The Commissioner for Refugees, Mr. Dragisa Dabetic, has handed over 5 PCs with full software for partially sighted persons to refugee children. The donation was provided by the prominent citizens of Salerno, on the initiative of Domenico della Porta, an honorary consul of the Republic of Serbia in Italy. In cooperation with the School for Partially Sighted and the Serbian Association of the Blind, excellent pupils from these schools have been chosen. Thus, they will get an access to the Internet and other information, as all other pupils.

 

The Commissariat is to continue with this and similar actions in order to provide an active and equal access to information technologies to refugee and IDP children.
