He was born in 1959 in Belgrade, where he completed the Sixth Belgrade High School - stream humanities. He graduated at Belgrade University at the Faculty of Political Science - department for DP.

He has many years of experience in dealing with refugees and displaced persons. Worked as advisor for development policy in the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, as well as senior analyst in the Centre for Migrations Research.

At the Coordination Centre for Kosovo and Metohija of Serbia and Montenegro he worked as: Head of Coordination Sector, Head of the Serbian Part of the Negotiating Team for the Development of Protocol on Voluntary and Organised Return to Kosovo and Metohija, Head of the Serbian part of the Work Group for Return to Kosovo and Metohija, as well as Head of Sector for Return.

Furthermore, he was Chairman of the Committee in the Committee for Assistance and Protection of War Affected Persons and Head of Office for Serbia in the Commission For Real Property Claims of Displaced Persons and Refugees (Dayton Peace Agreement Annex 7);

He was also Assistant and Advisor to the Commissioner, as well as Secretary of the Commissariat for Refugees of the Republic of Serbia.

Within USAID – SCOPES programme he was lecturer on organising and acting in emergency situations.

In the Centre for Receipt and Sheltering of Refugees of the Government of the Republic of Serbia he worked as: Head of the Serbian Part of the Negotiating Team for the Development of Protocol on Voluntary and Organised Return to the Republic of Croatia, Head of the Serbian part of the Work Group for Return to the Republic of Croatia, as well as the Liaison Officer with centres for receipt and sheltering in commissariats for refugees of the Governments of Republika Srpska and Republika Srpska Krajina.

He was member of the mixed Yugoslav - Croatian Commission for the Implementation of Article 7 of the Agreement on the Relationships Normalisation and   Head of the Yugoslav part of the Commission for the Development of  Protocol on Voluntary and Organised Return into the Republic of Croatia.

She was born in Belgrade in 1972.  Completed the Fifth Grammar School in Belgrade. Graduated from the Faculty of Law. Attended the International Commercial Law at the Central European University in Budapest.

Has vast work experience in dealing with refugees and was the Deputy Head of Office at the Commission for Property Claims of Displaced Persons and Refugees for the Republic of Serbia, established pursuant to the Dayton Accord.

Worked as a legal counselor at the Secretariat for preparation of ’The National Strategy for Resolving the Problems of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons’, established by the Government of the Republic of Serbia and supported by UNHCR and UNDP.

She was the Assistant Coordinator of the Regional Office for the Issues of Displaced Persons and Refugees in the Bureau for Population and Migrations of the American Government.  Also worked as a legal counselor at the Secretariat for the Implementation of ’The National Strategy for Judicial Reform’ at the Ministry of Justice. Also worked within the UN Development Programme as the Coordinator for the Project aiming at providing support to displaced persons.

She was appointed as the Assistant Commissioner in July 2008. Foreign languages: English and Italian.  Married with two children.

He was born on 08 November 1965 in Ecka, near Zrenjanin.

He graduated at the Novi Sad University, Technical Faculty “Mihajlo Pupin” in Zrenjanin and obtained a B.A. Production Management Engineer degree. 

He has many years of experience in work with refugees and IDPs. He was a team member and later on also a

coordinator of the regional office for reception and accommodation of refugees in Srednji Banat County.

He was a team leader during the voter registration from Bosnia and Herzegovina for out-of-country voting in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1997.

Since 1998 until 2003 he worked as an Information Administrator and a mobile team leader with the Commission for Real Property Claims established under Annex 7 of the Dayton Peace Agreement.

Since 2003 until 2005 he was the Head of Office of the War-affected Persons Relief and Protection Committee in Novi Sad implementing the project “Displaced in Serbia: Recovery through improved access to economic opportunities and legal rights”.

In March 2009 the Government of the Republic of Serbia has appointed him Assistant Commissioner for Refugees.
