Krusedol – village-
There are two types of houses envisaged by the project:
- Type 1 – 34 square meters, full construction
- Type 2 – 48 square meters, so called semi-completed construction without electricity installations, fitted floors, inside plumbing, but substantially larger
Each house has a plot of land of 9.7 acres.
The president of the community Krusedol-village, Stanimir Radulovic, stated that he was very happy because 8 families solved their existential problem.
“We managed to fulfill the plan drafted 20 years ago not to let village disappear. The population of the village has to increase and this is the best way to accomplish that. The village has today only 500 inhabitants. Additional 90 plots of lad have been given to refugee families. If the state would give us these 120 hectares of not cultivated vineyards, Krusedol-village would live”, says the first man of the community.
