On Friday the 30th of July 2010, the ceremonial opening of a building comprised of ten housing units intended for the housing of refugees, the internally displaced as well as the socially vulnerable local population took place today in Doljevac. The keys of the apartments intended for use as social housing in protected conditions were distributed amongst their future tenants on this occasion. The building in question will in the near future come to accommodate 8 families of refugees, internally displaced persons as well as two socially vulnerable local families. Attending the formal ceremony for the opening of the building in Doljevac were, the municipal president of Doljevac Mr. Goran Ljubić, the head of the service for the reception, care and provisioning of humanitarian assistance of the Commissariat for Refugees Mrs. Draga Trninić and the head of the mission of INTERSOS in Serbia Mr. Marcello Rossoni.
