Refugees and those categorized as internally displaced have been invited to submit their applications for training exercises to be conducted on the territory of the city of Kragujevac
The training exercises will focus on imparting to those in attendance lessons and valuable experience as concerns the topics of business management, IT (computer skills) and crafts.

Kragujevac – From the 1st to the 31st of September those persons categorised as either refugees or IDP’s are being presented with the opportunity to participate in training exercises aimed at further developing their individual skill sets with the intention of assisting them in either establishing their own business or else finding suitable employment. The project, supported by the Commissariat for Refugees of the Republic of Serbia is being implemented by Group 484. The aim of the project is, in adherence to the National Strategy for the resolution of questions concerning refugees and IDP’s, to contribute to the efforts exerted on behalf of the government of the Republic of Serbia and the Commissariat for Refugees in further improving the economic standing and employment opportunities of refugees and internally displaced persons.

The Group 484 is calling on refugees and IDP’s from the territory of the city of Kragujevac to apply for the following training courses being offered: skills of successful business management; computer training; training in the development of craft skills, thermal installation courses, fork lift operation courses, green house growing and horticultural, courses on the installation of windows, doors and floors, aesthetic hygiene and care, assisting the elderly concerning  the performance of basic in house duties. The best twenty candidates of these training courses, those with the best ideas in reference to start up opportunities, will receive equipment necessary for the commencement of their sole proprietorships.
