The commission for the selection of the beneficiaries of social housing in protected conditions currently under construction in the city of Vlasotince under the scope of the project, “Support to Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons in Serbia,” being financed through the resources of the IPA 2008 program and being undertaken by the non governmental organization European Perspective in 2009 – 2010, has established a rulebook defining the conditions and criteria for the selection of beneficiaries which is to be published as of the 1st of October 2010 on the notice boards of the municipal directorate of municipality of Vlasotince.

The text of the announcement will be publicized as of the 11th of October 2010 on the bulletin boards of the Centre for Social Employment, the municipal directorate, trustees and the Collective Centre, “Stara Ciglana.” The project plans for the construction of a building with a capacity of 10 housing units of which 8 are intended for the socially vulnerable, families of refugees and internally displaced persons from collective centres and private accommodations, while two housing units are reserved for use by persons considered as being socially vulnerable hailing from the local community.
