August 22, 2011 - The seventh meeting of the Commission for the selection of beneficiaries of social housing in supportive environment took place in Topola. The final list of priority concerning users of social housing in supportive environment for the two remaining undistributed housing units intended for refugees and internally displaced persons residing / living in Topola was established.
Within the project "Support to Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons in Serbia," Social housing in protected conditions, a total of 10 residential units, 8 of which were intended to refugees and internally displaced persons residing in Topola and 2 for vulnerable local persons and families was built in Topola.
This project is funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany and will be implemented by the ASB.
The meeting was attended by Milica Stanišić, the representative of the municipality of Topola, Svetlana Mladenović and Slobodanka Milivojević, the representatives of the Centre for Social Welfare in Topola, Ms Lana Simpraga, the representative of the ASB, Miroslav Guteša and Biljana Kosanić, the representatives of the UNHCR and Petar Anđić, the representative of the Commissariat of the Republic of Serbia.
The final list of priority of the beneficiaries of social housing in supportive environment will be established on the bulletin board of the Municipal building of Topola and the Center for Social Welfare, on August 23, 2011.
