The Commissariat for Refugees, upon cities/municipalities request, distributed throughout 2012 total of 14.022 food packages, 4.908 during February– April 2012, and 9.114 during October - November 2012, in 147 cities/municipalities.
In align with adopted policies, cities/municipalities proposed and distributed food packages to socially most vulnerable refugees and internally displaced persons, in respective territories.

As per cities/municipalities request, in October 2012, the Commissariat distributed to 144 cities/municipalities firewood for 2.657 families in the amount of 37.530.000 million rsd (maximum 300.000 rsd per city/municipality), while in November 2012 also upon cities/municipalities request material assistance were distributed to most vulnerable refugees and internally displaced persons, in the amount of 31.095.000 rsd, for 2.149 families in 133 cities/municipalities.
