SEMI COMPLETE AND COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION

Тhe Housing Commission of The Commissariat for refugees, after the procedure, on November 5th began with signing of Contract of the lease for a certain period of six months, with beneficiaries of housing units, which are built on the principle of semi complete and complete construction, in accordance with a provisions of the Law on Refugees. After the expiration of six months, beneficiaries can submit a request to the Housing Commission for purchase and sale of housing unit, or a request for signing a new Contract of the lease for a certain period of six months.

In the next period, the Lease agreement will be concluded with the beneficiaries of the following cities/municipalities:

Bačka Topola, Bela Crkva, Bujanovac, Lebane, Majdanpek, Novi Kneževac, Nova Crnja, Odžaci, Plandište, Požega, Ruma, Sremski Karlovci, Stara Pazova, Alibunar, Niš, Raška, Sombor, Trgovište, Žitište, Zrenjanin, Požarevac, Surdulica, Rekovac, Velika Plana, Doljevac, Inđija, Prokuplje, Babušnica, Negotin, Vršac, Rakovica, Obrenovac, Temerin, Kragujevac, Rača, Vrnjačka Banja, Novi Bečej, Žitište, Knjaževac i Ub.

SELF CONSTRUCTION 

Тhe Housing Commission of the Commissariat for Refugees, after the procedure, began with sending the Decision on approval of a requests for a contracts of the purchase and sale of housing units with the principle of self construction, in accordance with a provisions of the Law on Refugees.
After the validity of the above mentioned solutions, beneficiaries will be started with the conclusion of contracts.
