On the 18th of January 2013 Lease contracts for a fixed term of 6 months were concluded with 63 users of housing units in the Municipality of Obrenovac constructed as part of the project of completed construction.

On this occasion, representatives of the Housing Commission of the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration visited beneficiaries and explained to them their obligations relating to the lease, and that after this deadline may, in accordance with the Law on refugees to apply for the purchase of housing units or extension of rental period for new period of 6 months.

In the future, the Housing Commission of the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration will continue with the signing of the Lease contracts for a limited time with the beneficiaries of the project of semi-completed and completed construction, by sending approval on the request for a conclusion of Sale contracts for users as part of the self-construction project, as well as conclusion of sale contracts with beneficiaries of self-construction project whose solutions on approving request became final.
