On the 8th of February 2013 in the Basic Court in Negotin, court unit Kladovo first Sale contracts regarding houses built as a part of self-construction project were concluded and certified. After payment of the purchase price users of listed houses will register their ownership in the land registry and finally become the owners of the houses they have been living in for years.

On the same day, representatives of Commission for solving hosing needs of the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration continued with the conclusion of the Lease contracts for a fixed term of six months for users of housing units built on the principle of semi-completed and completed construction and on that occasion concluded agreements with 32 beneficiaries in the Municipality of Indjija.

In the future, the Housing Commission of the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration will continue with the conclusion of Sale and Lease contracts with users with whom the same has not been concluded yet.
