Assembly of donors of Regional Housing Programme approved on Friday 6 December 2013. at the meeting of the RHP Board the third wave of project proposals . These are two new projects that will be financed from the RHP fund: grant in the amount of 4.3 million EUR will be allocated for the purchase of 101 flats for former tenancy rights holders and residents of collective centers in Croatia, as well as 11 million EUR to ensure durable housing solutions in the areas of local integration for 715 refugee families in Serbia, through four different models of housing. In Serbia there will be 235 apartments, 80 prefabricated houses, 350 building material packages and 50 village houses.

In total there are 12 approved projects in 2013. with a total value of 61 million EUR. Their implementation should provide sustainable housing solutions for more than 8,000 vulnerable refugees and displaced persons in the four partner countries of RHP (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia and Serbia).
