On the 28th of November 2013 the Government of the Republic of Croatia made a decision on the sale of flats owned by the Republic of Croatia, which are located outside the areas of special state concern.

All those who in the process of housing got an apartment to lease may apply for the purchase of apartments by 30 June 2014. The request shall be submitted to the competent state authorities who manage the apartments owned by the state.

If those interested do not do it before the deadline, they will remain in the status of tenants.

The Decision on sale of flats owned by the Republic of Croatia in the Croatian Danube region, and the cities and municipalities in the Vukovar-Srem County and Osijek-Baranja County was also adopted. Deadline for purchase is also 30 June 2014.
