On Thursday and Friday 12 and 13 February 2015, a meeting was held dedicated to asylum issues in Serbia. This meeting gathered all stakeholders involved in asylum issues.

 

 

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Centers for Social Welfare, Center for handicapped children "Cradle" from Subotica, and Laslo Cikos, State Secretary of the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Social Affairs and Veterans.

The meeting was held at the "Berlin" hotel in Sjenica. There was a discussion on the progress made in the reporting system after formation of emergency center UGP and proposed measures for further improvement of the asylum system.
