Memorandum of understanding between the City of Pozarevac, the UNHCR and the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration on the construction of 13 prefabricated houses in Kostolac settlement Kanal, for families of internally displaced persons from Kosovo and Metohija and socially vulnerable families was signed.

Prefabricated houses will be built owing to the funds provided by the EU Delegation in Serbia, and the value of the project is about 250,000 EUR. This project is part of a broader program funded by the European Union thus supporting the improvement of living conditions of forced migrants, with a total value of 14,2 million EUR.
