The Supervisory Board for the implementation of the Regional Housing Programme in the Republic of Serbia (RHP) held a meeting on 18 October 2016 at the premises of the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration and Project Implementation Unit. The meeting was opened Mr Veljko Odalovic in his capacity as a member of the Commission for Coordination of Permanent Refugee Integration. He underlined the importance of the RHP in Serbia and praised the efforts of all state institutions involved in the program to provide permanent housing solutions for the most vulnerable refugees.

The agenda of the meeting included topics such as progress in the implementing of the RHP, with a focus on five sub-projects, presentation and discussion of a new project proposal for financing from the RHP Fund, as well as other issues concerning the RHP in Serbia.
